At Canary Wharf Chiropractic, we also offer massage therapy, which complements chiropractic care perfectly. There are different types of massage, each with their own benefits.
At our Canary Wharf clinic, we offer Deep Tissue Massage, specifically designed to ease muscle stiffness and support an active lifestyle.
By focusing on the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, it helps reduce chronic discomfort and release accumulated tension. With focused, firm pressure and slow, controlled strokes, it effectively alleviates tightness, enhances flexibility, and restores mobility.
Feel free to discuss your specific needs, areas of concern, and pressure tolerance with your therapist to ensure a personalised experience. Your session can focus on general muscle tension release while targeting one, two, or three areas, depending on the length of your appointment.

Anybody can benefit from massage therapy, but those who typically need massage are those with aches and pains, or if they feel stiff and tense. Back or neck pain, stiffness and tension are common problems that benefit from massage, as well as headaches and sports injuries. With the use of this hands-on therapy, the effects can also improve circulation and promote relaxation.
Massage therapy can be very beneficial when used on its own, but it can also enhance the benefits of other treatments when used alongside them in combination
Massage therapy is a powerful and versatile treatment with a wide range of benefits and outcomes that have an effect on both physical and mental well-being. Goals and results of massage are usually tailored to individual needs but can generally be described in the following ways.
Pain relief and management is perhaps what massage is most often used for. By loosening tight muscles and connective tissue it also helps to improve mobility and flexibility. It can also be used for stress relief and management, reducing anxiety, improving mood and providing a general sense of calm and well-being.
Posted on Kevin A. Great spot right in the middle of Canary Wharf, five stars. My chiropractor is David, great guy, very thorough from the first session. The initial appointment was really thoughtful, taking time to understand what was going on and explain things clearly. Each session since has been meaningful like we’d try different things treatment wise, and he always checks in at the start and end about how things have been, what’s working or not, and makes sure expectations are clear. I do feel better overall, can’t say exactly what’s down to what, but it’s been a really positive experience either way. The customer service side is brilliant too i.e. booking and reminders are super easy. David’s fantastic, very professional, and you can tell he actually cares about his clients. Would definitely recommend him and his wider team.Posted on Madison Crandle Jack is amazing, I’ve had back problem for years , he really personalised what he does to you and he is just great would really recommend if you have any neck and back issues.Posted on Savant Savant My first visit to a chiropractic. I saw Jonathan after having pain in my lower back, and within minutes he figured out what was going on, and manipulated my spine to provide relief. He also gave me some good exercises to do at home. I came for another visit and he did the same, and basically pain was gone in a week. Really appreciated his scientific approach and reassurance, and will come again if needed. Top notch practice and relief.Posted on mike brady My best chiropractor experience (of many) - by far. I have worked with Lars (4 visits) and David ( 2 visits) over the last 4-5 weeks, having attended initially with a very sore, stiff lower back. Now completely recovered. What I found different about Lars and David's approach is that it is holistic - it's not just about manipulation to achieve the crack but encompasses massage (manual and with gun), advice on stretching/other exercises to loosen the back, and even advice on my deadlift technique. Lars and David are both sportsmen, and it shows in their approach. I heartily recommend them.Posted on premchit narula Doctor David was very professional and patient.Posted on Amardeep Rayet Lars was brilliant — he managed to get my back sorted just in time for a long flight and has been great throughout. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend!Posted on dilara yardimci This is such a great practice. I’d highly recommend.Posted on Nima Kordany Thank you to Frank Farmani for the fantastic sports massage. He really helped loosen up my hamstrings as a I play a lot of sports.
