As an approachable and motivated Sports Massage Therapist, Frank is dedicated to helping clients manage chronic pain and tightness from prolonged sitting, as well as athletic injuries. He believes in a clinically focused, goal-oriented approach to treatment that enhances clients’ emotional and physical well-being.
Frank’s expertise in sports and athletic therapy allows him to assist clients in both injury prevention and rehabilitation, utilising techniques such as deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and targeted stretching to optimise performance and alleviate discomfort.
His treatment approach is highly personalised, understanding that each individual responds differently to therapy. Frank collaborates closely with clients to identify the techniques that best suit their needs and goals. In his practice, he employs a wide range of modalities, including hydrotherapy, trigger point therapy, and manual deep tissue techniques, ensuring each session is tailored to address a variety of conditions, from chronic muscle tightness to symptoms associated with disc herniation and sciatica.

Frank trained for over 2,200 hours and received his diploma from Anderson College in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada, in 2021. He subsequently became registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). Since then, he has successfully completed more than 3,000 treatments in Toronto, Ontario. He is currently registered with The Sports Massage Association in the UK.
